Department of Electronics:

Mr. Haroon Ur Rashid, PhD Research Scholar at the Department of Electronics, University of Peshawar, has successfully defended his doctoral dissertation in a public defense held at the Department of Electronics, University of Peshawar.

His PhD research, titled “Effect of Different Substitutions on the Microwave Dielectric Properties of Ba(Zn₁/₃Nb₂/₃)O₃,” was carried out in partial fulfillment of the requirements for the award of the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Electronics.

During the public defense, Dr. Haroon Ur Rashid presented his research findings and responded to questions from the examiners and participants. His research focuses on the microwave dielectric properties of substituted materials, contributing to the broader field of electronics and microwave technology.

The research was conducted under the supervision of Dr. Muhammad Kamran Khan, with Professor Sarir Uddin serving as co-supervisor.

Dr. Sana-ul-Haq, Chairman, Department of Electronics, along with faculty members and research scholars, attended the defense ceremony and appreciated the scholarly efforts of the researcher. The participants also acknowledged the significance of the research and congratulated Dr. Haroon Ur Rashid on successfully completing his doctoral defense.
