Experience:

Working in the Department of Computer Science, University of Peshawar since 1997. Promoted to Professor in 2022 following appointment as Associate Professor in 2015. 

  • Teaching BS, MS, and PhD level courses in Software Engineering specialization, including Software Design & Architecture, Object Oriented Analysis and Design, Software Project Management, and UI/UX Design and Usability Engineering.
  • Supervising MS and PhD research students under Software Engineering Specialization. Research focus is in areas of Agile Software Project Management, DevOps, Advanced Software Architecture, Software Re-engineering and Maintenance, and Empirical Research Methodologies in Software Engineering.

Supervised PhD and MS research in Software Engineering, guiding students in methodological frameworks, privacy-preserving technologies, and adaptive learning systems for teaching software development.
