With nearly two decades of experience in teaching, research, and academic administration, he is a dedicated scholar focused on social welfare policy, criminal justice, and community development. He earned his PhD in Social Work from the University of Peshawar, with a research emphasis on juvenile justice and the socio-legal protection of vulnerable populations.
