
Dr. Aqsa Siddiq received her BBA and MBA degrees (1997-2000), both with the Gold Medals specialized in Finance & Accounting. Her MS in Management Sciences is from IBMS, KP Agricultural University, Peshawar (2009). Her Ph.D. in Management Sciences (Specialization in Human Resource Management/ Development) is from the Islamia College (Chartered University) Peshawar in (session 2013-2018). Her topic of the doctoral dissertation was “Strategic Leadership’s Competitiveness in Healthcare System of Pakistan”. She remained scholarship holder throughout her academic years.
She has more than 20-years experience in teaching and research at Graduate and Post Graduate levels. Moreover, she got academic and professional experience (both in public and private sectors) including head of the department, coordinator, trainer and public/motivational speaker. She is author of renowned national and international publications. Her publications are related to Human Resource Development, Leadership and Governance, Organizational Behavior, Strategic Management, Urban Management, Change management, sustainability etc.
She remained a member of the Higher Education Commission's (HEC) National Curriculum Review Committee (NCRC) on Business Management. She is also the core member of the Curriculum and Syllabi Review Committee (CSRC), Higher Education Department (HED), KP. Moreover, she serves KP and Federal Public Service Commissions as subject expert and Paper Setter/ Examiner.
In addition, she is the member of board of the studies of Quaid e Azam College of Commerce, University of Peshawar. She is contributing as secretary, Advance Studies & Research Board committee of Management Sciences Faculty UOP to coordinate the MPHIL/PHD programs. She has supervised Phd and MPhil level scholars. She also remained a member of the Inspection Committee of the University of Peshawar for the related assignments. She is also the co-organizer of students’ societies, UOP. She has been involved in the coordination and events management tasks of the college.
Presently, she is serving the College as an Assistant Professor (BPS 20). Her subjects include Organizational Behavior, Leadership and Governance, Strategic Management, Research Methods in Business, Human Resource Management, change management…...
