The Career Development Center (CDC) at IMS successfully organized a comprehensive Resume Writing Workshop for the students of the 8th semester.

The session was led by Dr. Mehnaz Gul, Chairperson, Department of Journalism and Mass Communication, University of Peshawar, who delivered an engaging and informative presentation on crafting impactful and well-structured resumes. She emphasized the importance of clarity, relevance, and professionalism in resume writing, guiding students on how to effectively highlight their skills, academic achievements, and professional experiences.

In addition, Dr. Junaid provided valuable insights into creating a compelling digital presence through Linkedin. He discussed the growing significance of LinkedIn in today’s competitive job market and demonstrated how students can optimize their profiles to enhance their professional visibility and networking opportunities.

The workshop served as an important step in preparing students for future career opportunities by equipping them with essential job-readiness skills.
