The Career Development Center (CDC) successfully conducted an insightful session in collaboration with the State Bank of Pakistan on the theme of Digital Banking and the Cashless Economy at the Institute of Management Studies, University of Peshawar.

The seminar offered students a comprehensive and practical understanding of how digital banking is transforming financial transactions across Pakistan. Participants were introduced to key digital financial services, including mobile wallets, Raast, fintech-driven solutions, and the broader national shift toward a cashless ecosystem. The resource persons highlighted the importance of secure digital payments, financial inclusion, and the evolving regulatory landscape that supports Pakistan’s digital financial infrastructure.

The session was designed to enhance financial literacy among students and equip them with the modern tools and knowledge essential for navigating both their personal and professional financial lives.
