About

1. I earned my Ph.D. in Home Economics (Management Studies) in 2023 from the College of Home Economics, University of Peshawar. Currently, I serve as a Lecturer at the same esteemed institution in Pakistan, where I am actively engaged in both teaching and research. I have contributed publications to well-reputed national and international journals, reflecting my commitment to academic excellence. My research interests are centered on job satisfaction, motivation, and performance, with a focus on advancing understanding in these critical areas.
